Nekaya Carter serves as the President of the Long Beach Realtist Association, leading initiatives to promote Black homeownership and community development in the Long Beach area.With over 18 years of experience as a real estate and mortgage broker, Nekaya is the Broker and Owner of Carter & Carter, Inc., a firm dedicated to educating and empowering clients throughout Southern California.

She is also the founder and Executive Director of 2.18 Vision, a nonprofit organization committed to elevating and empowering women through community events and personal development programs. One of the organization's signature events, "Women Elevating Women," focuses on entrepreneurship, health, and wellness, fostering a supportive community for women.

A loyal Los Angeles Clippers fan, Nekaya enjoys basketball, traveling—especially to Hawaii—and has a fondness for the color purple.
